Refund Policy

At Homeward Bound Referrals, we are proud to serve seniors and their families with compassion,

transparency, and integrity. Below is our clear and simple policy regarding payments and refunds.

1. Support Services to Seniors

Our services are provided completely free of charge to seniors and their families. This includes:

- Consultations and needs assessments

- Community referrals and coordination

- Tour scheduling and placement support

Because no payments are collected from the individuals or families we help, no refunds are

applicable.

2. Community Customers (Senior Living Providers)

We partner with senior living communities to help match them with qualified residents. Our policy is

as follows:

- No invoices will be issued for residents who do not move in.

- Placement fees are only invoiced after a successful move-in has occurred.

If a referred resident chooses not to move into the community, no charges will be incurred and

therefore no refunds are necessary.

 

3. Disputes or Clarifications

If a community partner ever has questions or concerns about an invoice or referral, we encourage

prompt communication. Homeward Bound Referrals is committed to resolving all matters fairly and

professionally.
